1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReverseStore.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Platform. By using ReverseStore, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at help@reversestore.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Buying on ReverseStore

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase at the listed price.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or force majeure events.

5. Selling on ReverseStore

• Sellers must complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, bank account) before receiving payouts.
• You warrant that you are the legal owner of any device submitted for sale and that it is free from encumbrances, blacklisting, or iCloud lock.
• Misrepresentation of device condition or ownership is grounds for immediate account termination and legal action.
• Payouts are subject to the 7-day return window expiry and successful QC verification.
• ReverseStore charges a platform fee that is disclosed at the time of price negotiation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• List or sell stolen, blacklisted, or iCloud-locked devices.
• Attempt to circumvent QC processes or deceive our team about device condition.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access our systems without authorization.
• Post false reviews or engage in manipulation of ratings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the ReverseStore brand, logo, product descriptions, and software — is owned by or licensed to ReverseStore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Apple, iPhone, MacBook, iPad, AirPods, and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc., used on this Platform solely for product identification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReverseStore's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data or profit.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration seated in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Courts in Aurangabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
