Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?▼
We deliver within 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) typically receive orders in 2–3 days.
Do you ship pan-India?▼
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via reputed courier partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability.
Can I track my order?▼
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check order status under My Account → Orders.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?▼
COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For higher-value orders, we accept UPI, net banking, and all major debit/credit cards via Razorpay.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?▼
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return window from the date of delivery. The device must be in the same condition as received — undamaged, with all accessories.
How do I initiate a return?▼
Go to My Account → Orders → select the order → click 'Request Return'. Our team will arrange a free pickup within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?▼
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
What if the device is damaged on arrival?▼
Please record an unboxing video before opening. If the device arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with the video and we'll replace or refund immediately.
Warranty & Service
What warranty do I get?▼
All devices come with a 3–6 month ReverseStore warranty covering hardware defects. The exact warranty period is listed on the product page.
What does the warranty cover?▼
The warranty covers hardware malfunctions — display issues, battery defects, speaker/mic failures, and camera problems. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or software issues caused by the user.
How do I claim warranty?▼
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and a description of the issue. We'll arrange device pickup, repair, or replacement at no charge.
Do devices come with Apple's original warranty?▼
Most devices are out of Apple's original warranty period. However, all devices are covered under ReverseStore's own warranty as described above.
Payments & Invoices
What payment methods are accepted?▼
We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), net banking, all major debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (for orders under ₹10,000).
Is my payment secure?▼
Yes. All online payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Do I get a GST invoice?▼
Yes. Every order includes a full GST invoice that is valid for business reimbursement and expense claims.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?▼
Yes. Add your company's GSTIN at checkout and your invoice will reflect the business name and GSTIN.
Device Quality & QC
What does '50-point QC' mean?▼
Every device we sell passes a 50-point internal quality check — covering display, battery health, cameras, speakers, microphones, biometrics, charging, and more. Devices that don't pass are not listed for sale.
What do the condition grades mean?▼
Excellent: Like new, no visible scratches or wear. Good: Minor signs of use, fully functional. Fair: Visible wear marks, all functions work perfectly.
Are the devices IMEI verified?▼
Yes. Every device is verified against Apple's official IMEI database to confirm it is not blacklisted, network-locked, or reported stolen.
What is the minimum battery health you sell?▼
We only sell devices with a battery health of 80% or above. The exact battery health percentage is displayed on every product listing.
Selling Your Device
How do I sell my Apple device to ReverseStore?▼
Register as a seller, complete KYC verification, and submit your device details through the seller portal. Our team will evaluate and offer a price within 24 hours.
Which devices do you buy?▼
We currently buy iPhones (iPhone 11 and above), MacBooks (2018 and above), iPads, and Apple Watches. All devices must be factory reset and free from iCloud activation lock.
How quickly will I get paid?▼
Once your device clears QC, payment is processed within 2–3 business days via NEFT/IMPS to your registered bank account.
What documents are required for KYC?▼
You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport), a bank account for payment, and GST registration if selling as a business.
