How the Return Process Works
Initiate Return
Go to My Account โ Orders, select your order, and click "Request Return". You can also email us at help@reversestore.in within 7 days of delivery.
We Arrange Pickup
Our logistics partner will contact you within 24โ48 hours to arrange a free doorstep pickup. No need to visit any store or drop point.
QC Inspection
Once we receive the device, our team inspects it to confirm it's in the same condition as delivered โ undamaged, with all included accessories.
Refund Processed
After inspection approval, your refund is initiated within 2 business days. It reflects in your source account within 5โ7 business days depending on your bank.
Common Questions
What is the return window?
7 days from the date of delivery. You must initiate the return request before the 7-day window closes.
What can I return?
Any device in its original delivered condition โ undamaged, with all accessories (charger, cable, documentation) included. Devices with physical damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
Are there any return charges?
No. Pickup is free of charge for all eligible returns.
How long does the refund take?
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of return approval and typically reflect within 5โ7 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
What if my device has a defect?
Devices with manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period are covered under our 3-month warranty. Contact support at help@reversestore.in and we'll resolve it โ replacement or refund.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Currently we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the device and place a fresh order for the product you want.
What about EMI purchases?
Refunds for EMI orders are credited back to the original payment method. EMI cancellation and any associated charges are as per your bank's policy.
